IFRDMD hires the fishers as the enumerators in Kampong Cham to record the daily data from their catch and send it monthly. It is valuable to monitor the species caught and its production.
During in the visitation in Kampong Cham Province, IFRDMD visited the fish processing home industry. The fish processing is dominantly run by women, while the marketing side is taken by men.
