Peatlands are terrestrial wetland ecosystems that have various functions as carbon storage, nutrient retention, and provide water to other ecosystems. This ecosystem is rich in biological diversity. The integrated peatlands management and research could increase the economic value and improve the environmental function of this ecosystem. Therefore, SEAFDEC/IFRDMD organized the Workshop on Community Based-Management for Sustainable Inland Fisheries Conservation with researcher and stakeholder of peatlands in 16 December 2021.
