SEAFDEC/IFRDMD conducted the field survey on inland capture fisheries in Viet Nam from 4 to 8 October 2017, has been representatived by Dr. Safran Makmur; Mr. Siswanta Kaban and Ms. Sevi Sawestri, accompanied by Dr. Luky Adrianto as outsourcing person of the activity. They gathered information of fisheries management and conservation area that applied in Viet Nam by visiting Department of Fisheries Viet Nam, Research Institute For Aquaculture No.1 Dinh Bang (Tu Son, Bac Ninh), and Hoa Binh Reservoir.
